In our small world mayhem appears to be everywhere, but what surprised me especially how it existed in Naka Ward Town Hall, Higashi Ward Town Hall and persists in Mizuho Ward Town Hall. How could this occur in the 21st Century with the state Japan as a standing representative member of the international global community?

Aging civil servants, in particular those resident in Buddhist Temples or temple dwellings; even civil servants affiliated with that sect are committing crimes punishable by law; while those beyond retirement should step aside as the youth inspirations of a politically stable and proper Japan without the Emperor, who is not at all Diety, rather he got off his horse and surrendered. His right to exist, of sorts, should not be supported by the People of Japan whom The United States have protected in the past.

Too many seniors in this country have fundamental behavior xenophobias due to their lack in continuing their public education after they failed to win WWII. Are you from that generation? There were no rights granted for private schools on the archipelago; these institutions must be abolished to support the Public Sector and Seniors.

Young Japanese have voices which must be listened to, understood and acted upon immediately as the country is incapable of surviving the next financial meltdown. I might just say, "Not Abe as your Prime Minister."

At Health & Welfare Bureaus throughout the town I noticed aged civil servants lacked the following characteristics:

• dedication to improvement; a demonstrated commitment to a continuous learning through personal and Town Corporate improvement by exhibiting creativity, drive and energy directed towards achieving financial growth in a down economy by which continually increasing the efficiency of work which must focus on the bottom line tasks.
• dedication to profession; servants must demonstrate respect for and commitment to the law and no longer continue to abuse the law. There are consequences.
• integrity is integral; a strong belief not egotistical which servants nurture, is not the role model image of personal integrity, impartiality, objectivity and personal welfare. 
• respect being an unknown word in their vocabularies; respect for and commitment to the universal human dignity and rights as well as comprehending cultural diversity in the International Context

The grave concern of Japanese citizens' lives on the archipelago even now after the Great East Japan Earth Quake is a stifling matter the country will have to overcome yourselves. Redundant civil servants must be put to good use for the safety of the entire citizenry. Need I be any more clearer?

On this topic I was in conversation with a Mizuho Ward Town Hall female employee on the ground floor when acts of aggression against the woman and myself were committed by Tanto Ito and A-Team of of young male subservients.

Civil disobedience should not be condoned. The group descended from their 2nd floor post in Health & Welfare Bureau, in essence walking off the job, isn't that right?

Further more in belligerent voices using physical punches and thrusts against me, I was shown to the door. This behavior was not unnoticed as many citizens watched. Do your duty as leader of this communal town gathering and show the impotent wimps what kind of leader you are. Translation: Immediate Dismissal For Just Causes Contract Violations.

Their positions in government should no longer be regarded as advantageous nor suitable. These are not examples of the national Japanese people I have come to know during my short stay residency of just over 30 years.

In addition the Nagoya Bar Association as well as Aichi Bar Association are phishing, running scams on The Internet punishable under penal code law. These organisations should be immediately disbanded for Mr Mayor, you are being held in contempt for full responsibility of these criminal gang organisations and must bear the heavy financial punishments. Yes I have the proof with named participant parties which was immediately sent to FBI Washington DC for safe keeping.

Accept my apology for any disturbance and inconvenience to your official duties. Kindly, if you please, continue to do your best for the town in Aichi which you had been fairly chosen to support.

In conclusion Mr Mayor, I would be delighted to accompany you to the Mizuho Ward Town Hall  to ID absolutely without hesitation those and others who have broken trust and discriminated against your prudence.

Have you heard from Mayor Kunishima of Takayama that Japan is a safe country? Don't you think ?Mr Mayor you should?
